Politicians with something to hide fear them. And hipsters with something to say just have to have them. Just how big are blogs?

Blogs are big . . . I read via Wordpress there may be up to 100,000 blogs a day created. But how many offer well-researched or helpful content?

Also, how many blogs make it beyond the 6-month mark or the 1-year mark? Probably fewer than 50%.

I really do agree with you. Many blogs dies within 3-6 months. And not all are useful, many just use something like copy&paste from other blogs etc etc… But - Yeah, Blogs ARE Big for sure! I visit about 30 blogs daily - the favorited ones and when I see that they have already written about I wanted to write - pufffff… then here is crisis of ideas :D

It depends on the blog. Blogs get popular if the

a) have good content
b) are controversial

If they have both a & b, that’s a recipe for success, and the politicians have something to fear.
