Joe Bucks Affiliate Program

I deleted main text in this post. Please, read comments to understand why.

Looks like they are cheating members and don’t answers on support requests, so there is no point to promote that program.

And, if you still want join to this affiliate program, please send them support request first ;) AND – if you ever get any response, please let us know by posting a comment.

Thank you!

This may come to a surprise but you have NOT been getting your full credit for your Joe Bucks sales and 2 tier referrals. I have been referring people to Joe Bucks for monthes and just realized that my affiliate links were getting hijacked and changed to a different affiliate ID number. I thought it was just me so I spent the last few days researching this. Affiliate ID#680256 has been getting most of the sales and 2 tier referrals from everybody’s sites. Everybody !- Check it for yourself. Click your own Joe Bucks link, then click “View the 50 sites to Promote” and then start clicking away at all the sites. On each, look for the “Ref Code” – about half will change from your ID to 680256. This also happens if you directly link to the products, especially the skin care line. I believe this affiliate is a friend or relative of the webmaster over there but I am sure when you contact them about this, they will just tell you it was just a “glitch” – If you do not have an account, just click on other peoples to see the ID change for yourself. Maybe you do not promote them directly, but you should not let people sign up for this now that you know this. You should post this on the front page of your site so all of your loyal followers can check if this is happening to them. I know you may not want to do that because it may look bad for the affiliate business, but in the end they will know they can trust your site for updates on things like this that help us all. The majority of the referrals you gave to that program are under affiliate #680256.

I checked that now and it also happens to my affiliate site from Joe Bucks. The ID is changed for only one product, but this is unbelievable. I’ll contact them to see what answer I’ll get.

@Simonne, please let us know if you get any answer from Joe Bucks affiliate program team.

If they are cheating us (members) then that must be announced all over internet. It’s not fair at all!! I am shocked :(

I wrote them last night. You can be sure that I’ll let you know what answer I get. If they don’t fix it, I’m going to post that in all internet marketing forums, so everybody knows.

I too have noticed this, the only reply ever received from multiple emails to joe bucks has been “clear you’re cookies”, How does a cookie from joebucks get onto a new computer connected to the internet before? Ask Joe bucks they seem to think cookies travel with you whichever computer you use. So the affiliate ID is sometimes not yours to credit, really big scam this – either somebody in affiliate management manipulating the system or some affiliate has got a super script to cheat their system.

OMG!! I’m so glad I cam across this site. I have e-mailed them and called them about 7 times regarding this same problem. I finally got a guy named Gary at ext305 800-756-3499 .I fought with him big time. He gave me the same run around about cookies. I even went on my friends computer and 50% of the MANAGE WEIGHT LOSS id’s were not mine. I have got one more check coming to me and I’m done with them. I have already tried finding a new program to promote. I just looked into GENBUCKS. “louislaredo@yahoo.com” is my e-mail so i can see your sites for ideas. I’m open to anything new and legit. I was wondering why my sales sucked so bad with JOEBUCKS. I knew I was right. Everything I found on them seemed legit but now I know somethings up. Louis

I’ve been noticing the same trend and also tried speaking with “Gary” on the same matter. Recently, I’ve compared the number of vistors that Joebucks.com, or now known as markethealth.com, reported and ones from my own tracking. It is true, they only report a little over what I actually send them. When I tried discussing this topic with “Gary” on AIM (SN: garymarkethealth), he stated the same thing about the cookies and how I need to send more customers. Overall, Markethealth.com is not an honest company.

Computer tracking involves implementing code your self CORRECTLY

If you are not an experienced developer, then you probably are setting up your code tracking to be inconsistent, and your own tests are flawed.

I had a problem with my tracking and info at markethealth.com showed me that i was trying to set too many cookies and the browsers were just blocking them.

You’re probably inplementing your code inccoreclty

Oh Gary (A-man or whatever you want to call yourself), stop treating us as if we are all new to this game! First you deleted my sub-affiliates and then refused to answer any of my emails. And now you are taking our commissions and want us to pretend it’s all our fault for not implementing the codes properly.

“set too many cookies and the browsers were just blocking them.”??? Ha! Ha! What a full load of bull****!! Try harder next time!

    [Reply]

  15. affiliate says:

Yeah, sure Gary, oh sorry I mean “A-Man” – What a load of bull**** you come out with – Your tracking code is simple – a five year old could implement it easily and CORRECTLY.

And I am experienced, I have been in the affiliate game for 6 years, and one thing is for sure. JoeBucks (MarketHealth) cheats it’s affiliates. You can use the cookies excuse until the cows come home, nobodies buying it. Come up with a new one.

How you are not being investigated by the BBB is beyond me.

I saw Gary at the recent convention. He’s a jerk. When I got home, I deleted my membership with them. Once I talked to him ,I knew he was a scam. He and his buddy acted like cocky bastards. You know they type…. Very ignorant. I knew all about the problems and knew I would never stay long with them. I joined another company and replaced my links with them and now I’m so glad I dumped JoeBucks.com & MarketHealth.com. You can pull the wool over the affiliates eyes for only so long until it comes back and bites you in the ass. Leaving their booth, I had the urge to spit in his face. I really was upset that he turned out to be an idiot. My advice is to NOT join MarketHealth.com Tom

I did some research on this issue for a post I wrote about Market Health/Joe Bucks. If you use the HerbalBiz.com turnkey sites, they try to set third party cookies for the products advertised on the site. The cookies contain your affiliate ID. So if your site is at myherbalstore.com, for instance, when the store shows a product that the customer will buy from someproduct.com, your site at myherbalstore.com attempts to set a cookie on .someproduct.com domain containing your affiliate ID. The cookie can then be read by someproduct.com when the user clicks through to make a purchase. However, depending on the browser settings, writing a cookie in this fashion may not be permitted. For example, Safari’s default settings will not allow this. In this case, the cookie will not exist when the user navigates to the product site, in which case that default affiliate ID is written in a cookie once you reach the site (where your browser will now allow a cookie to be dropped). It is a bad implementation on the part of HerbalBiz who supplies these turnkey sites.

  20. Very interesting comments here.. Maybe this is why I havent made any sales with them yet? This is the first I’ve heard of this. I had heard good things about them and they seemed to have a lot of quality products… It doesnt make sense to scam your affiliates though in the long run – as I never continue promoting a product that doesnt give me a decent return.

I’ve been involved with online marketing for 9 years and I NEVER have seen so many complaints about 1 affiliate program. It shows you that they’re very dishonest. I personally joined Markethealth.com under my business name and was excited at first. I had 18,200 unique clicks and only 4 sales!!!!!! I then replaced my links from Markethealth to another company from Shareasale and I ended up earning $2,349.00!!! That shows me and all that MarketHealth and Gary McNelley ARE scams!!!!!!

  25. GForce says:

That’s explain why all the poor conversions. 897 clicks with ZERO sales! After reading things on this page, I switched the affiliate link to another merchant and within 2 weeks, received 8 sales! I didn’t do anything new to my site, only switched the links! Can’t imagine how much sales I have lost previously. SHIT!

I emailed them asking them to clarify this and as expected, received no reply.

All should stay away from this JoeBucks (MarketHealth.com) as far as you can!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A_6fLFwtNZ8

and almost sign up with them.

    Seemed like they :

    1. Hijack your affiliate
    2. delete your sub-affiliate
    3. take over control domain names from you even when you have already paid for it

I also read about one complaint at rip of report website about them not paying for re-curring sales too.

What else will they do to you? They are really giving affiliate marketing a bad name! What is happening with them?

Well… I just replaced all of my MarketHealth.com links to another company. It’s been 1 day and I already sold 9 bottles of another companies hoodia products. It goes to show ya that MarketHealth.com is a scam!!! I had 2,100 unique clicks and no sales. I changed my links over and all I got was 345 uniques and 2 large orders already from my new program I decided to promote. Theirs the proof. MARKETHEALTH.COM is a scam. People like GARY MCNELLEY give affiliate marketing a bad name. I was shocked because a good friend of mine was earning $3000.00 per month with them and he too told me he went down to just 2-3 sales per month recently. What does that mean? They must be doing a a scam on pourpouse. I’m saddened.

I too own a large account on markethealth.com. I have been very curious about my sales and decided to do some research which brought me here. I immediately closed my account and now am looking for other offers. Please let me know what companies are the best. I am looking for 50% commission. I notice genbucks has a lot of 40% commission products. Eventually everyone will learn and markethealth will cease and desist. Personally, I would kill the guy if i ever saw him. He has cost me so much Fu**ing money and its funny because hes laughing all the way to the bank since its pure profit on my advertising dollars. Go to Hell Gary. I Stand Behind this Threat 100%. I will KILL YOU. You know when you drive away from an affiliate event in your nice car and get side swiped accidentally. Maybe then youll wake the F*** up and it wont all be fun and games. Your a damn scammer Gary I have no heart for scammers. Again, if I ever see you. You will be dead. You chose to live this way and I guarantee you i am not the only one that feels this way. Please everybody PASS THIS ON TO ALL AFFILIATES. IT IS OUR DUTY TO STOP SCAMMERS DEAD IN THEIR TRACKS. For those of you who are happy making a couple hundred when you should be making thousands, get a life. Markethealth.com is a SCAM, no IF”S< AND’S, OR, BUT’S ABOUT IT.

I have been joined for years with joebucks and never put the first link up but had some reserve about them as they just never answered mt questions.
I dont break any records as most of this niche is xxx and my sites are not this. I am glad I did come across this site as I was going to make some pages and try them as some of their products others dont have. BUT not now and one more site that is a scam and are actually gone offline is selmedia.

The selmedia story is I live near memphis tn, and joined them a few tears back and even called them as they are listed in memphis tn. They had a production plant here and they did answer the phone but gave me no answers as why my clicks were not sales and I mean i had top 1st page aerch results on some of their products. Got the same story as some of the other comments about joebucks. Then about 6 months ago I tried to reach them and do research and they were offline, no regestration for that domain, no real business address, and not even existing in memphis tn. So I knew they were a fake and i was duped.

I personally have made sales with JoeBucks/MarketHealth. I feel a lot of people complain about lack of sales because they have terrible content on their sites! People that make little money in Affiliate Marketing never monetize their sites, never add great content or make any product recommendations. All I see are copied articles and stupid banners all over their pages!!! I never have paid for advertising. I market with unique articles I submit and post a lot of responses in forums and put my link in the signature file in my posts. I also make sure I use the right keywords!!!! If you’re getting a lot of unique visits to your sites and no sales, then it’s something you’re doing! Don’t blame the company. I personally have met people that are earning $2-6 thousand a month with market health.Half the time I see copied articles all over peoples sites and no reason for me to even click on a banner! People won’t buy if the content on your site isn’t exciting! You need to pre-sell the customer not bore them with duplicate content that they already read on another web site.

    Shannon,

I was captured by your comments – you seem to make sense… I am a complete and total newbie and I am looking for pointers about how I can make a success of affiliate marketing. In trying to search for information about how I might go about this, I keep coming running into the same problem you highlight here – numerous repeated articles, all talking about the same thing! It’s almost as if the world has thrown individual creativity out of the window…

Do you have any pointers for a new hand? Just some helpful hints as regards where I can go and find good content that can help set me off into successful affiliation without paying an arm and a leg for it is what I am looking for. I am happy to do the ground work and teach myself the ins and outs, but some helpful direction from someone with experience would be pure gold.

    Thanks!

Im so furious. For the month of OCT i have had but 3 sales. The previous month i had over 40 sales. I have contacted them about the loss of sales due to their default ID being set. Its clearly obvious from my own site that the securebiller processes was iniiated from my site just yesterday, 5 times, yet i did not see an instance of a commission credit to my account. Thats just yesterday.

I’m gathering names and want to initiate a class action lawsuit against Markethealth.com for deceptive and deliberate fraud. Including an complete investigation into their business practices and dealings.

Im pissed as hell and need the support of all affiliates to initiate a suit against them.
