There is Openads 2.4 version currently available for Download:
Openads handles every type of ad format you are ever going to need.
Ads come in all sorts of formats from images to movies, flash to popups and everything in between. Openads provides support for all the industry standard formats and more exotic formats as well.
Openads gives you control over what is displayed on your website.
The Openads administrative interface lets you choose to enable or disable a campaign at any time.
Openads lets you decide who sees which ad.
Openads gives you control over what appears on your website and more. You also decide which ads individual viewers see.
You can target advertising to specific types of viewers, or to certain sections of your site. Openads allows targeting campaigns to the following: Section Targeting (Display advertising on specific pages of your site), Geo Targeting (Viewers from a certain country, region, or city), Time Targeting (Only display ads at certain times of day, or days of week), User Agent Targeting (Just show advertising to viewers with a certain browser or computer operating system), Referral Targeting (Advertise to viewers who have just come from a search engine, or from another site), IP Address Targeting (Just show an ad to your computer or your office to see what it looks like on your site), Frequency Capping (Only show ads to a viewer a certain number of times per day or per session).
You can make more money using Openads than with any single ad program!
Openads lets you run campaigns from many advertisers at the same time. By loading ad program tags into Openads, rather than directly on your website, you can run campaigns from many different sources side by side.
In addition, Openads lets you monitor the performance of campaigns in the instant it starts delivering to your website. By looking at real time reporting on how much money your advertising programs are generating, you can ‘optimize’ – move around campaigns to the sections of the site which make the most money, and thus increase your revenues.

Great tip! I am going to check this site out! I really have NOT been pleased with our Google AdSense and I have been shopping around for a new program! Great post!

Adsense has been disappointing. It’s nice to know that there are alternatives out there…

We are eliminating Adsense all together. I don’t know if we will go with OpenAds yet, but it has made the short list! Thanks again! great tip!

I like the concept and the idea but I can’t get them installed on my cPanel… getting error all the time. I’ll contact my host and will ask if they understand what the error that is and how to solve it. It would be great add Openads here, so advertisers can see stats (Featured links for example).

I’ve never had a problem with it and I’ve always been able to configure the advertising campaigns to fit my needs, as well as some complex campaigns.

Why are you all talking about this being an alternative to Google Adsense?
This is for ad serving, you will not get paid for just using this technology – it’s an ad server.

Nope it’s not, you’re absolutely right – it’s ad serving which helps us better track views and clicks. Btw, the newest version works wonderful with my hosting, no problems at all anymore
